Your ROM is to big you shouldnt dip your elbows so deep.Once your elbows fall below your shoulder blades your pecs relax and your back and rear delts take over.

good form, but just dont lock ur elbows on the way up. the top 2/3's of a bench movement puts a ton of stress on the elbows, and is mostly triceps. coming up about halfway isolates the chest and front delts and fatigues the muscle faster.

your not spose to lock out at the top of the movement that takes the stress of the pecs.
