Dr. Sorroya Bacchus discusses the need to isolate the DeBarge family so that they have time to discover their own identities and become sober from the addiction prone influences of each other.

  • Hey Dr. Bacchus! You are beautiful. Call me 555-777-9311.

  • @cleanupboy73 WHAT THE HELL? PLEASE DONT TELL ME THIS IS DEBARGE! I CANT BELIEVE THIS!

  • @AleekahTV....Tommy DeBarge can be seen on the "DeBarge Christmas Gospel" here on You Tube. He and his son Andrew are playing guitar as Randy, Chico and Bunny belt out their beautiful harmonies along with El as he tickles the organ and piano keys. Also, check out their family Thanksgiving (11/2011), video here on You Tube. Sorry but, no word on Mark (Marty) :(

  • @mineurbizness , Their Mother Is Fully Black & Father Is White , Nothing about Mrs.DeBarge is Mix ..

  • they look terrible. so sad. 35 years of drug addiction is not going to stop with a recovery program

  • @shellrob12 ICAM, shellrob12.Like you said, She did all she could for him when she was married to him. It wasn't enough. He wasn't ready for healing/deliverance then. And, if he isn't now, it won't do either one of them any good.

  • @mineurbizness i think she said in her book that she was half native american/her mother was.

  • @dinercook500 no. according to Bunny's book/i think her mother's book, they were already having problems with drugs, alcohol, etc. before they came to Motown.

  • DeBarge 'In A Special Way' album was the very first album I ever owned back in 1983 or 1984. I was about 9 years old, and I saved up pennies in a Pringles potato chip can, and I didn't have enough; so my mom chipped in the rest and I bought my very first vinyl album. DeBarge. So sad to see them go through this. I hope they get better.

  • Man all that talent... I pray for all the surviving DeBarges from Bunny to El to Chico on down...
