Center City Opera Theater's (Philadelphia, PA) workshop preview of "Danse Russe" on January 15, 2011 at OperaDelaware. "Danse Russe", a new opera by composer Paul Moravec and librettist Terry Teachout, will make its world premiere during PIFA 2011 (Philadelphia International Festival of the Arts) with performances on April 28th, 29th, and 30th. "Danse Russe", a comedic telling of the story behind Igor Stravinsky's Rite of Spring will make its debut alongside the Philadelphia premieres of Stavinsky's "Renard" and "Ragtime" in a triple-bill titled "Rites, Rhythm...
