SIROK Agents have confirmed that LeMonde is in North Korea. They also indicated that he is collaborating with North Korean dictator Kim Zung-Lee, who is holding a Peace Conference in the city hosting high profile diplomats from around the world.

Rescue our SIROK Agents before Kim's Security Forces find out what they've told Strike. Stop incoming military APCs transporting troops into the city. Escort Andrea and a bus full of top diplomats, including U.S. President Clinton, to a frigate waiting in the south east sector of the city.

Intelligence indicates that Kim has U.S. Cobra gunship at his war museum. Use it to escort additional diplomats to safety. Collect as many supplies as you can and forward them to our base at the high-wall stadium.

Use the cities railways to extract any remaining diplomats to an LZ outside of the city. Finally, destroy four key bridges to slow Kim's advance to the DMZ. Wax his mobile HQ units to deal additional damage and buy Strike time to prep for an interdiction mission in the DMZ.

The clock is ticking...

But, it didn't seem to harm you in any way...

I believe this stage is the only one with a special game over screen if you don't get to the stadium before the countdown ends. Also the jet was in a white building IIRC. And I'm kind of disappointed that you didn't use the smoke or tear gas on the SIROK buildings.
