I feel your pain. First time I consumed ghost pepper was salsa and I dipped my entire chip in it...
My lips, mouth and tongue were on fire. I got the hiccups and started coughing.
A little goes a long way with this pepper :-P
It tastes so good but the spicyness just burns, lol!

I ate one and it was the hottest thing ive ever eaten but i actually liked it and it wasnt extremely spicy I guess its because im Mexican and eat spicy things everyday
