it actually does help, i have people in my family that have been practicing this art for years. One of them even has a clinic and has helped out lots of people. It is an amazing way to tell what exactly is going on in our body.The only thing about this video I don't entirely agree with is the pain thing because sometimes you need to work through the pain to work out that problem area but you do still need to be aware of the patient's needs, if they can't handle it you cant go harder and harder.
