@Kamadeva01 Oh yes it can. It's not about economy. They don't need money to be twisted as they are, and they never did. It's as he said - they have no moral limits.

By the way, their resources come from Syberia (and are not entirely exploited at the moment), meaning that they are sitting on a vast source of gold, oil, coal etc. - it's just a matter of time, of course, unitl it runs out, but we still have a lot to look forward to until that.
