hey i want something portable to put on my desk for when i write songs. i want something that could give me an octave of notes. do you think this is fit for the job?
hi, there is a octave mode, but the notes are only given by finger, and it's hard to "play" notes as on an instrument. But with the different mode (ionian etc...) you can play notes in this mode. it's more an effect...
if you want to write song "random mode" it's ok, otherwise no...
Excellent beat! I like very much!!! Can you post extra infos about the first record you make?I mean the minimal-style beat that runs around the whole track....

thanks for the reply,
but i meant that sometimes i want to write a song for a different instrument, but don't have the instrument handy to write the song with.
so i wanted something that will just give me the notes A through G, to help me write it.
can the kaossilator do that?

yes kaossilator can do it.
nice sounds.

hey mate do you think these will be good in live dj sets, me want one

yes, sure. But the bpm scale isn't very large (100 - 120), and the drums are provided with this bpm. Enjoy! (come on wallabies :-))
