I know you posted this a year ago but for any people who are asking the same question: I change the posts around every 3 days. After a little less than a month I took off the postings and the ears looked perfect so I left them off. I was pretty sure the ears were ready but after about an hour one started hanging down, so make sure you watch closely and don't jump the gun. It might seem that they are ready but they might not be.

How often do you change the post? once a week? once a month? and how long do i keep posting the ears- 6months? 1 year? I have a 5 week old and want to start the process...thank you so much, this is a great video!
