These life decisions are difficult, who knew?

The option we are looking into now is simply buying some beater car from craig's list and driving it just for the time we need it, then either selling it back or driving it till it won't drive anymore.

  • I enjoy the content of your videos, don't get me wrong, but the unnecessary and excessive jump-cuts drive me crazy.

  • @Kizales They are really "unnecessary" as the video probably would have been 20 seconds longer (and less engaging) had I not cut those dead silence out of it...

    *shrug*

  • @themefund are NOT that is...

  • @themefund Sometimes, a little bit of silence and break here and there can make a video even better, at least in my opinion. 20 seconds isn't that bad, though. I probably shouldn't have said "unnecessary" because they have a purpose so long as they aren't excessive, which can be defined as using a jump-cut so often that can break up sentences or even words. This is in no way derogatory or negative, but just constructive criticism based on my own logic of the matter.

  • @Kizales I understand. To be fair, I feel like I've gotten a little bit better at providing full thoughts without the need for jumping.

However, to me the more important feature of my videos is the audio, I cut them almost like I would cut an audio podcast, often without proofing the video portion till after the render is completed.

  • @themefund Obviously the content of the video is what matters, really. That's what is supposed to appeal to people. It's good to be original and speak your mind, giving your self-composed opinions on things, and that's what you do very well!

    Much respect, man!

  • People are so weird IMJS

  • There's a Toyota ad next to this video for me :\
