  • @tridoc001 That's very funny! If you have no long-term permanent injury or disability, you would not be able to prove that you have a "serious injury" according to the rules in New York. Thanks for your comment.

  • Hey Gerry! I was driving an ambulance and a lawyer who was chasing me dented my rear fender because he was chasing too closely. Do you think I have a case?

  • @skysthelimitxxx7 I can only answer that question if this happened in New York. I only practice law in NY and cannot give any advice if this happened anywhere outside of NY.

    My suggestion is to contact an attorney near you to get an answer to that question.
