@LetsCompareSouls He had no hidden agenda. Everyone knew exactly what to expect him to do, but no one could stop him. He did what he wanted without having something drive him to do it. It's what he loved to do.

Well its pretty well documented in the game. Think here FF. Espers are considered the strongest magic sources in the Final Fantasy verse. Even Zeromus is considered one now.
So imagine a girl that was born as half human and half Zeromus, AND could shift to a sort of hybrid form combining the two races strongest aspects. Some scary stuff, eh?

everyone thinks sephiroth is the most evil villian in final fantasy but thats wrong kefka is
sephiroth is just extremely badass
kefka actually goes above and beyond to torture and kill innocent people
sephy was pissed off
chaos was just acting upon his own nature
exdeath was just rtying to gain more power
kuja was driven by his jealousy and superiority complex
kefka was as frikkin psycho who loved killing people and torturing them
i think that sets him apart from the others a bit
