A Simplex 4100U voice evacuation system in a downtown Harrisburg high-rise building that has a nightclub on the first floor, and offices on the remaining upper floors. Don't ask how a nightclub with eccentric accent lights, loud music, and a capacity of probably over 100 people is expected to see two of these speaker/visual units, but hey, whatever. The original system was a Simplex 2120 BMUX. I don't know model numbers of the speaker, or the incandescent light, so please don't obsess.
Sounds just like the 4100U fire alarm system at the middle school near my house, except the standard message is done by a female voice

Is this the same high-rise that the other videos were filmed at?

The main hospital in my city has a fire alarm system like that, with a newer Simplex voice-evacuation panel and older Simplex voice-evac alarms and conventional pulls. BUT... a few of the wings were renovated and have ADA-compliant speaker/strobes, and addressable pulls and smokes.
