@robortalien keep most of the smoke inside of your mouth without fully inhaling it, as you practice your smoke rings your going to need more smoke, thats when i start exhaling and using the smoke i stored in my lungs.

@solishs at first it takes a whileeee to get down since its all minor movements that you make. but one you get it, you will be able to do it constantly. just keep practicing!. if your having problems, try using a cigarette...the smoke will be easier to practice with than mary janee

If you don't push your lips out so much you can make bigger rings that are more thick(: I smoke hookah and I'm always told that my rings are thick, and hookah smoke isn't as milky as weed/blunt smoke is. I have a few videos, I will try to see if I can get them posted some how(:
