Completely one-sided, video, I can go on the street and ask people what they don't like about something and easily find several people willing to comment on it, no matter what it is.
Let's take the comments as they are:
250 channels and nothing on, is that the cable co. fault? or the programs?
Used to be a whole bunch of cable companies now there are 2-3, try over 30 major companies and 100's of smaller private ones.
I turned in my internet box last week and was told that my deposit would cover my charges and I would receive a $14 refund. Today, I received the bill for last month and the next month for a total of $104!!! Charged for a month of internet after turning in my box and canceling my service... OH MY GOD. Let's just say that if they don't reverse those charges they better find a cheap ass lawyer to take me to court. :-)

hm I'm boiling we signed up with cox cable here in ri .We were told to wait from 8am-7pm for tech for tv & internet yesterday. Sub-contractor showed at 7:20 pm he said he was on the way home but got call after I reached cox stating no one showed. Today telephone tech got phone running. He left. Fifteen mins later phone died ,called co, back they got it running I made a call and it died again! Cox down can't get on net server down? COX! I called got a tech , still no phone. Medical needs! BAD
Am I the only one who thinks that many channels need to leave the air. I wouldn't mind a reducing of cable channels.

Cable sucks now. The promise of cable has been disappointing. I think the fact because nothing beats local tv and affilated etc.

Customer Service bad, try the DMV.
Be a better reporter and report both sides
