o well thats y you dont get wimpy dogs and pest controle is one thing but killing evry one you see come one they are harmless in small numbers its the stupid people who feed them that should be shot

I would NOT advise letting your dog out to chase off a coyote! I don't care what breed it is - coyotes will often bait a dog into chasing them and then leading them to a place where the rest of their pack is waiting to kill it

seroiusly i have alot of kids just like alot of you guys and i would have probobly got my paintball or bb gun out and shot it on low power to scare it away fro good or let my shepard hound get it away

exactly. if you live near the woods and you dont have a large dog. keep it inside because there are animals outside that can get them, its just nature. but coyotes arent interested in humans. we are too big for them to eat.

I have 4 pitbulls that would eat this pos and if I ever saw one in my yard i would kill it. There are small kids in my neighbor hood.

My dogs are two Springer Spaniels. They would have gone after that thing if I had let them out. My wife was out running with them and they were sniffing around and one of them got bitten by a coyote. She got the dogs at her heel and the thing started tailing her. She had to yell at it a bunch of times then finally the dog that didn't get bitten, took off after it and chased it away for good. Not normal behavior for a coyote, he must have been protecting his pups or something.

Actually it's not really redneck alley, I live in the outskirts of a city which is part of the problem. You can't shoot a gun with in city limits.
