  • He cited, of all people in ROLLING STONE no less, Guy Clark as a SOURCE in the singer songwriter's craft. I bought his first LP at the Rherin Main Germany BX in 1984 for copla bucks because "He sounded alot like Jessie Winchester"!! (Got his very first one as well)

    Dig that, he sounded like Tennessee Blueblood Rhumba Man, and was so damn different in his own right...Large Band was an abrupt turn, but this cat refuses to cave in to asy "established" orders.
