முழுப்பொருள்: இடகலையில் வாசியோட்டி மூலாதாரத்தில் கும்பித்து நின்றால் மரகத பச்சை யுடைய வல்லபாய் தாய் தென்படுவாள். அவளின் அருளுடன் வாசியை உச்சி வரை ஏற்றினால் அமுதம் சொரிய தொடங்கும். அவ்வமுதை நாக்கை மடக்கி உள்நாக்கில் கொண்டு சுவைக்க கிழவனும் குமரனாவான். இதுவே அந்த பாடலின் பொருள்.

இதை வெளியே சொல்வதால் எல்லாரும் இளமையாய் மாறிவிட மாட்டார்.. யோக சாதனையும் குருவருளும் அன்னையின் அருளும் கூடினால் மட்டுமே மரணமில்லாப் பெருவாழ்வு அமையப் பெரும்.

முக்கிய வரிகளின் பொருள்:

மதி => இடகலை

மரகத வடிவுள்ளால் => மூலாதாரத்தில் உள்ள வல்லபை தாயின் நிறம் மரகத பச்சை அவளே குண்டலி சத்தியும் ஆகும்.

அல்குல் => மூலாதாரம்

வாய் வைத்து => இதன் பொருள் வாசியை பூட்டு என்பதே

துயில் நீற்று => நித்திரை , சோம்பல் விடுத்து

புரபுர => வாசியை முதுகு தண்டு வழியாக உச்சி வரை மேலேற்றுதல்

நாவை ஒட்டி => நாவை அண்ணாக்கின் உள்பகுதியில் ஒட்டுதல்
