Clearly this was not recorded with a potato. Oh, and Trent fucking rules.

@bopptb Totally agree. I love the Fragile, but each album is different, right now I'm listening to TDS, With Teeth is awesome in the summertime... Thats the difference between NIN and every single other band; each album is different. My other 2 fave bands are Guns'n'Roses and Rage Against The Machine, as much as I love them, their music is somewhat similar across their albums.

@Shadowsofheartagram I shall accompany you on this great journey of raping these so called "fuckers". Trent doesn't need drugs to be badfuckingass. He can be awesome on drugs or sober, because he's kind of a God.

Mike Garson is awesome

this is why TR should have composed more soundtracks....
in the nineties :p

@bopptb Exactly, I completely agree. With your other post as well. Him being sober is actually the best thing to happen to him...if he continued down the drug abuse path, we eventually would hear no more work from him, due to an overdose...like many other great musicians. His soberity shows his maturity, and he still effectively keeps the NIN essence with his work. I can't stand people that are like "I wish he was still on drugs''...grow up you morons. I wish you were raped, you fuckers!

Mike Garson (circa 1973) plays the hell out of the piano on David Bowie's Aladdin Sane... if anyone is interested.

The is simply the best epic instrumental song ever. There are no words that can describe this. NIN: Best musical entity ever. No discussion. I've already download this video, won't ever get tired of this

@trenchrun (cont.) Year Zero made it very clear that Trent hasn't lost a bit of his creative potential. The entire Year Zero storyline came from him, not to mention the songs. I feel like with YZ he really raised the bar as to the amount of creativity that could be poured into the conception of a studio album. Sure, the music wasn't the same as what we had heard before, but if you think about it, isn't every NIN album like that? He's 45 years old. You aren't going to hear another 'Broken'.
