Maire Ojonen o.s. Valtonen (1916-1995) muodosti tunnetun Harmony Sisters-lauluyhtyeen yhdessä kahden sisarensa kanssa, mutta levytti tummalla alttoäänellään myös suhteellisen laajan soolotuotannon. "Joet tulvimaan itke" (Cry me a river), säv. Arthur Hamilton ja suomalaiset sanat Sauvo Puhtila, levytettiin 1956.
Videon kuvat suomalaisista elokuvista studiokaudelta.

  • I couldn't agree with you more. Thanks for your comment.

  • Maire and her sisters were of world class, up there with Vera Lynn and Billie Holiday.

  • Todellakin! Ja lisää Mairea on tulossa tälle kanavalleni piakkoin. Kiitos kommentistasi.

  • Jotenkin kohtalokas ääni tuolla naisella.
