Today i make my favorite food item Pastichio, Pastitsio, Greek lasagna it can be called one of the three depending were your from or who makes it the spelling is two different ways also go figure.
it takes about 4 hours to make this from start to on the plate but it's so worth it
if anyone would like me to 1/2 the directions i could just ask in the comments this will feed about 6 to 10 people a good dinner or 2 people for a week .
I managed to get the video down to 25 min from 3+ hours hope everyone likes my video leave suggestions in the comments for next show.

Here in Greece we use "kefalotyri" (it's a cheese like pecorino with stronger taste".
We usually use Pasta No 5 for Pastitsio and we do not mix pasta with cheese, (Though your idea of mixing cheese with pasta is awesome and next time i'll make pastitsio i will do that)
Also we add kefalotyri into the bechamel sause. and when we cook grounded meat we add 2-3 cloves in it.

@manolisvlog Thank you i will try to find the kefalotyri cheese next time i make it i am unsure about the pasta they may have it down in tarpon springs that would require searching @ sponge docks to find it.
The cheese in the pasta was my ya ya's method although i was never able to make this with her she passed when i was around 10 i think once i hit around 17 i found her recipe and had to do extensive searching to find the missing ingredients all good cooks leave stuff out

You cough the missing cheese in the bechamel sauce i did add 2 handfuls of cheese somehow it got edited out i guess after editing for 3+hours i missed something lol

Cloves add a really good flavor.
