www.heroicevolution.com Validation of the first time anyone has done 100 non-stop swings with the 15KG Macebell. I actually did this back on May 6 2008 and this is the second time I have finished 100 in a row. The wind was blowing dust into my eyes and the sun was blinding me also. Around the 70th swing I tore open two callouses on my right hand the the blood made the handle of the Macebell very slippery. Its an ugly vid, but its also one kick ass tribute to hard work and determination. Thank you to Jake Shannon from www.scientificwrestling.com for challenging me and for helping to bring back CACC Wrestling back to its place as the king of grappling arts.

  • I believe that difficult exercise can build good character and even transcend some one spiritually. I really want to get a mace bell.

  • Yes, yes it can. I will go into altered states of consciousness while pendulum swinging the mace, like the torture rituals Fakars mystics did. The belief in self and something higher is very much a reality and I've had some personal break throughs while macebell swinging.

  • do you suggest a commercially made mace or one you can make with steel and a welder

  • If you can find a welder then go for it, but a lot of people don't have one handy. The nice thing about a commercially bought macebell from torque is that they have a thick rubber head on most of the models and for the times that you will clip yourself on the back of the calf, its a welcome cushion to that of solid steel.

  • Whoo!! Awesome, a lot of people does not realize the difficulty of this exercise!! Much respect

  • Thank you Brother, that means a lot to me. Its pretty hardcore, your mind starts looking for any reason to quit but you keep pushing and counting the reps down, its an incredible feeling of pain, excitment and relief when your done.

  • Dude you rock! Great job! I would like to make one suggestion... In addition to ALL you do, adding a five minute jump rope session to your routine would be about the only thing that could add anything to what you do! I am going to make my own macebell asap! Thanks for what you put out there! Namaste' Scot
  • Good job man!!!

  • Sorry I mean to say (If my daughter stops pressing the keyboard) I love this, Im mad for kettlebells and any kind of strength training really. If I get one how can I find out how to use it correctly and what other exercises can you do with it?
