Like I said, it is all subjective (read below) and if we agree to that then it is a moot point if you do not agree with others' point of view.

@pukhraj06 LOL, are you childish ? have you ever heard all performances of all singers to judge that Pt Jasraj is the best ? Have you ever heard likes of Pt bhimsen Joshi, Pt Kumar Gandharv, Usatd bade Ghulam Ali khan, Ustad Amir Khan, Pt Vasantrao Deshpande, Pt Paluskar, Bal Gandharv ? And if you have, haven't you realized that we are so dwarf to compare even any two of them ?

@rkhanq8 Yes he is superb no doubt there. As for "the best", it is subjective. He is second best - no one can be Pt Jasraj , no one. Pt Jasraj hails from skies above rest are mere mortals.

rashid khan ji, you are beyond any comparison, what a voice, what rendering, what feeling? you are incomparable! i have not seen anyone like you, y god!! in classical music you are my inspiration, beyond anything i can ever describe :)
