You covered a lot in such a short amount of time! To really gain an appreciation for the area (Portland - Olympia - Seattle - Bellingham - Vancouver BC) requires at LEAST 2 solid weeks. The fact that there are so many outstanding cities one after the other, really enhances the life style attained from living in any one of them.
P.S. Your friend, Victoria, is really cute!

Pretty much everything in WA is hard to pronounce, but just so you know, Muck (mud)-ill (sick)-Tea (T) -Oh (O) :D i am not sure what you were trying to gain out of hte trip but i *highly* suggest a day hike in Spring in the olympic national forest-you can look up trails online but its GORGEOUS!

Thanks all! :D This was a whirlwind research trip and I was (sadly) only in the Seattle area for one day! I am determined to go back and hike and see more of the city and region, so thank you!
