Starting the sequence of clips through 2012, I'm going to track my progress towards some of my Fitness New Years Resolutions. Bucking the trend of me doing stuff I can do, Here is loads of clips of me being pretty poor at most, ok all of them so far. I will improve!! Just proving you want something, you gotta work for it.
Goals : Muscle up / front&back lever / iron cross / 54" box jump from standing / Free Handstand push up (maybe progress to walking upstairs) / Human Flag and PLANCHE PUSH UP

Thanks man, unfortunately not enough just yet for the goals I have, but it's early days I'm hoping for much better come June, great work on your clips, particularly liked you tyre work!
