What an absolute crock of shit! Is Fabio going to be on the pitch saving penalties? Or volleying one in at the back post? There's only so much a manager can effect. Once the players are on the pitch, it's down to them. Managers are heroes or villains because a player misses or scores. A good manager helps, good tactics help, but they alone don't win tournaments, players do - and they are English.
