very nice simulation! For my gradutation project I have to simulate turbulent boundary layer suction on a wing. What type of boundary layer condition did you define on the wall of the internal plenum?
Lots of people told me Fluent can't do B.L. suction properly, so I very curious :) What is your prefered meshing software?
@WBJef No boundary layer on the internal walls, only a boundary condition of pressure outlet at one edge of the plenum. I was not interested in simulating the flow inside the plenum, but couldn't apply a boundary condition on the airfoil surface because the simulation didn't converge.
I didn't validate the suction simulation with any experiment, but the validation carried out for the blowing one showed good matching of data.
@MrKrokka Thanks for the advise of the pressure outlet boundary layer it works well. Once my simulation is running smoothly I can validate it with windtunnel test I have done earlier.

This is a great CFD simulation. What package do you use to visualise your data?

@ofeyofey This is all done using Fluent, also the visualization.

this are flow patterns

@jhonba226 No, these are velocity contours.
