Lol, if that was an unscratched tiger, it would take a lot more than that, once I shot a stolen panzershrek at a tiger's back armor... 3 times. It didn't die. Great shot though.

But yes, ironsights aren't functional as IRL where you'd tilt the weapon, ingame you just aim higher. Also, they are affected by shooting downhill as well.
