  • Do you know What the Customer had to say about the Displacement increase?

  • I think he said it took the displacement from 50cc to 80cc.

  • how do u fit a bore kit on a honda NSR 50

  • Since I hever did one of those, my guess is probably te same way - bore the block to fit a larger bore cylinder. Take a look at the cylinder kit and see what the instructions have to say.

  • only you can do this? thats what the desciption said. looks pretty damn simple. i think i could probably do this with the right stuff. and can you bore out a ford 200 six? i need some power out of it. what about valve jobs and shit? message me if you are interested.

  • If you've got the equipment and skill, anybody should be able to figure this out. Yes, boring the 200 is no problem, valve jobs and other shit - no problem either.

  • I have a question, you have only widened the hole and you put a cylinder is gate largest and strongest engine?

  • ? what state you in?

  • ive done this with a dremel tool. takes longer but same thing. also can use a dremel tool too open up the crank case area too put in a stroker crank.

  • Where Did you get that drill bit ? or How can you use it?

  • @k9forkids 150-180cc

  • Looks like nice work; did you really put just a level on top of the deck surface- parallelism to the floor really is of no importance- or did you run an indicator in X&Y axes before you swept the bore to be sure the existing surface was paralell to the table travels?

  • no my friend it is a 30ccm increase , 150ccm-180ccm
