ahw man i actually feel the world is a less fulfilled place without this beautiful musician, his licks are just so transcending they make the world a lot less scary place at times sorely missed
Leroi...the man in the shadows...a powerful presence...a remarkable member always...when I hear bartender it tears me up inside. Some musicians just move you so much. To think, the man spoke very little but you could just feel he was at the very heart of this band. Bless his family, rest his soul, peace to DMB as they carry on his eternal memory. one love....

I wish I could send this in to them, it would really mean so much to dedicate it in memory of him. I dunno just wrote this in mind.
[Dave's soothing voice] LeRoi Moore
Nineteen sixty-one to two thousand eight,
What a beautiful angel with saxaphone
Playin' solo as the whole--
Whole world watched him play his soul out on stage
Birds can still hear him on a peaceful, rainy day...
And somewhere, over that rainbow [Dave's voice building up] we'll see him play again
[Chrous] Gravedigger...
