Man, you've got to pick your battles wisely

Thus says the Lord to you, 'Fear not, and be not dismayed at this great multitude; for the battle is not yours but God's' . . . You will not need to fight in this battle; take your position, stand still, and see the victory of the Lord on your behalf...

And needing more each day thy grace to know,

We rest on thee, and in thy name we go.

It's hard not to get caught up in petty battles sometimes. There are days when one simply must defend their character and good name. But be careful to pick your battles wisely. Not every confrontation is worth the fight. Especially when it comes from those who are just out to hurt you, because they can.

When someone wages a battle against you, ask God for the wisdom to know if this is a fight you should engage in. Most of the time, it probably isn't. But in those rare times when you must stand your ground and defend your honor, ask God to lead the battle and be first on the front lines for you.

Oh yeah, and don't forget to pray for your enemies. (as hard as I know that is sometimes).

Scutter, you should save up for an HD camera. So we may see you're videos in HD.

@ModifiedGamingx1 I can actually upload in HD. My software will do that. The problem is, it takes a much longer time for the HD vids to produce and upload. LOL, I guess it's impatience or perhaps laziness. :o) But I just use the lower version for most all of my vids. Plus the HD versions take up bigger file space and I have to watch how much space I'm taking up on the hard drives. I might try to do some in HD to test them out. I probably should while I'm up here.

@theeastwatch ROFL!! That was the first thing I noticed when I went to edit the video. I'm actually standing on a little cross bridge across the water but I must have held the camera too high so it does look like I am standing right in the middle of the creek :o)

I was gonna try to stand right where the creek feeds the lake that was in front me while filming but the snowpack has been so bad this year, that everything is flooding out.

So I had to walk on water instead. :o)
