Petitioner Lin-V-Co, Inc. No Montgomery County

Lin-V-Co, Inc. came to town and put an ad in the paper for activists to go out and get petitions signed for the Casino to be put on the Ohio Ballot. On Friday, May 1st I got hired and took my books out. I got signatures over that weekend till my boyfriend moved out unexpectedly and the power got disconnected and then the dog got run over so I missed going to the office the first Monday and again last Monday from Noon to 5pm because I was working Real Estate. I show up yesterday at Noon and others are waiting and telling me he is ALWAYS late and some people leave to go to work! Well I ring him up at 12:40pm like where are you there are people waiting and this AH shows up at 1pm!! We all go in and then he starts telling us that the election board is not paying us for Montgomery County signatures and that's all the signatures I have! I make sure I hear him right and stand up and tell him he is rude an hour late and now I am not getting paid! WOW and I tossed the papers in front of him at the table but I am sure some petition booklets fell on the floor and walked out. HAHA I will go back in there and get that AH on Camera I told myself so see me walking back in and telling him it's up on Youtube FreeDayton cos that is BS working for free when I could volunteer for myself or someone else but he used me and I do not like being used! Yes, this is a pissed off brit bird as one of my friends called me!! LMAO I used to have a profile on another kind of site called Britluv cos Britbird was taken! :)

I worked for the same cordnatior making a ton of money during this drive. juat as she said that she didn't make it to the office the week before to turn in. That was when we where told that they whern't buyintgthat county. I was PAID for 100% of my sigs. worked for same co. for sevreal drives now.

unfortunately, the petition industry is high under regulated in the area of getting your money when a coordinator refuses to buy signatures but in most standard independent contractor agreements at least in my own, it says i have the right to refuse any signatures for any reason. I'm not saying its right but that's the way things are. maybe you could send me a message and tell me the name of the coordinator and see if there is anyway to get some help on this issue.
