Lincoln's voice was described by contemporaries as high, thin and "reedy" .... so I would call this a good attempt at accuracy.

Dryfus is a wonderful actor -- but his voice for this part, giving an extended solo response -- become grating after a while.. He has a sing song tone quality.
Still, these parts are exceedingly difficult, because they are so extensive without anything to "play off" of. And the material itself is so dry to our "modern" ear. Most of us understand very little of the details these men are talking about Few actors could pull this off. Raymond Massey could do it for Lincoln.
