Well MMVs are generally not my thing, I'm pretty much an amateur at them, but I felt compelled to make this after reading this manga b/c the manga was just so good and the song fit way too perfectly (to me anyways).

I worked really hard on this, I've spent nearly a month doing this video e_x . I actually enjoyed editing this though, this it was a nice change of pace from editing with anime. I think the purpose of the MMV should be obvious, it's basically Aiko and her struggles with being what she is, ect. Obviously this isn't the best MMV ever, but like I said I'm pretty noob at editing with manga and worked incredibly hard on this one so please don't go too hard on me, I'm aware this isn't perfect xD Yes I know I overused the blood effects BUT I DON'T REALLY CARE B/C I LIKE IT :'D But I'm still pretty pleased with the result. And you should really read the manga if you ever get the chance x3 And yesh bad song cut is bad sorry, but I wasn't gonna do a 5 minute MMV LOL

Hot damn, you don't seem like an amateur to me! This really made me want to read this series- thanks for introducing me to a new manga! MentalProdigy pretty much said it all; I'm basically speechless. Loved the animation techniques you used here- I know it's a bit of a hassle, but would you mind sharing how you achieved those effects? Manipulating still images would be a great element to employ in my projects if it's not too much trouble for you. ^_^;

@freedomwriter126 to get stuff in a picture to move is pretty easy, in terms of how it's done anyways xD Getting the movement right so that it doesn't look awkward is NOT so easy LOL but what you do is just mask the parts you want to move individually, rather than masking the whole picture, you have a bunch of masks that make up the whole thing (idk if that makes sense lol) and then you have to move each bit separately however you want. Hope that makes sense lol and thank you very much! x3

it inspired my akuroku mmv (incomplete, unfortunately) and i actually studied this video by watching it a second time and i had most of the techniques of the manips down in my brain right then :3 it helped alot! although i'm still working on a few things xD this also inspired an mmv i'm doing of confidential confessions o 3o

@AleQuful no, she lived. Notice how on the news, they show the collapse of the faculty which was experimenting with them, it proved that everything they did was worth it. Plus, she's a second generation chimera which means that she will always regenerate her cells
