I started doing sports for my senior project...to my exploration one of my objective was to keep my shape. This is one of ab workout I do in my house. You only need a wall.. and a music. Do at least five times every day for 15-20 seconds with other sports for example for one set do push-ups, crunches, plunks, spider man, sit-ups and the one i show u..u will see the difference with in a week ..thanks for watching my video i will see u next time.
