It could be 1969 in Vienna, the statsoper, I must have been 25....not much knowledge but a lot of love for the operas......this grand dame took my heart away forever with her don fatale and nell giardin...am not sure if it was her debut in Wien or not....never saw and have never seen such powerful and dramatic performance ever since...............chalie...B

This must have been the 1980's....when Verrett sang Eboli for the EMI Don Carlo under Giulini with Domingo and Caballe she was absolutely wonderful, in top form...she has an amazing voice, full of fire and rich polished sheen..she is a great soprano and mezzo soprano...I love her voice...this was a treat to watch

The correct title is "Nei giardin del bello," and often referred to as the "Canzone del velo." Even though the final vowel of "giardin" is omitted for poetic and rhythmic reasons, it is still plural. The plural article is "Nei."
