  • you cannot compare vaults.

that isn't an advanced dash, there is only dash, you don't learn, you practise.

If the landing started in the middle, it wouldn't be a dash, it would merely be jumping upon the rail.

A dash is a dash you noob -.-.

    pleeeaaase get better.

this is not a hate comment by the way.

  • Mate....get off your high horse.

The basic tutorial is for those just starting out. It teaches you basically wot to do, the ADVANCE tutorial goes over the smaller elements of the move...e.g. perfect hand position, how to take off...the things you dont need to know when you start...

What did you do when you learnt this move....magically know all these things? Parkour aint just 'go out and do it' you need to know wot ur doing 1st........................................

  • Yeah, well that's arguable, becaues many elements in parkour are just go out and do it, but vaults like dash vaults need to be taught in this manner (like your video) or you can try doing it in a gym (that's where I've been able to do it, I haven't done it outside yet)

  • Really you cant learn any move unless you are taught it...ok...you can go and monkey a rail or something, but odds are you'll do it wrong...you may land it wrong, you may do something dodgey. Maybe with years of practice you'll sort this out for yourself, but even the creators of parkour had help outside and inside

  • tsk tsk tsk your legs could be a bit straighter higher and more together lol

  • Flexibility just aint what it used to be ;)

  • @BEPfan01 no sht... i like the intro so what lol

  • Many people don't realize this, but parkour can also be used as a fighting style. If you are ever in the situation in which somebody is shooting at you or something like that, You can use the 'dash' and many other moves derived from parkour to decrease the possibility of the shooter getting an accurate shot at you. Parkour can also be used in many other life-threatening situations to increase the chance of your survival, at least, in MY opinion. It's never a bad idea to be prepared :)

  • @runehq54

This video is about parkour, not how he does the intro on his video :/

  • does anybody see something they dont like about this video

i dont like the fact tha he just touches with his hands instead of actually propelling himself forward with his hands ..i think it looks better that way

  • i liked your old opening better

  • Parkour isnt about proper techniques, its about finding your own rythm just cause somebody does it a way you dont like to do it, doesnt mean that he's nesisarily doing it wrong. This is were you should give a person tips and not make them do it your way. Im just sayin.

  • @ParkourBlog Honestly IMHO, and from what i've learned about parkour there is no one right way to pass all obstacles.

You'll have to manuever yourself and tailor the movement to the obstacle. Very helpful stuff in the video though, I really enjoyed it.

  • @SIFdrow When I first started learning the kong, I actually kept hanging my feet. I hung them bad sometimes, but if you tuck up hard enough you won't fall.

  • no vault is hard, its the obstacle you do it on
