The translation is so-so, but I've heard worse. Here's a more literal translation:

Ring the bell for Matins (? Catholic morning service?), ring the bells for Matins

No, it's "Dormez-vous." That's the way it's pronounced. If you'd listened more closely to the video, you'd have noted that I mentioned that I have a B.A. in French.
