This is actually an original song made just for this part by Ron Allan and some other guys who were friendly with Mike.
The reason you guys can't find it anywhere is simple; it was never commercially released. This video is the only place you'll find it. A while back though I had the idea of starting a letter writing campaign to Girl for them to upload an original copy (assuming they even still have it) as an MP3 to their website. You never know, it could work...
