Haruhi is obviously from her show The Meloncholy of Haruhi Suzumiya.
She has several strikers known to viewers, a bat, ball projectiles she hits with her bat, unusual powers, and two throws: Kung Fu Man's throw and Haruhi's own throw.
Haruhi even has Konata from Lucky Star to help her fight, increase power (decrease power T_T), and even holding her opponent for Haruhi in a super move which involves dragging opponents in the door and torment them. Takes one level, but with two or more when the opponent tries to leave, Haruhi drags them back in. 0_0' (Insert Digimon Season 4 theme here)
