Billwerx Introduction

Billwerx is a PHP script designed to provide online (on-line) invoice and billing functions.

It is built on the highly used iCDBILL v1.X codebase, Billwerx is currently in RC3.

Some of the features of Billwerx include:

1.Employee and End User (Client Areas).
2.Clients can review notes left on their accounts by employees.
3.Keep track of suppliers, and supplier notes.
4.Create clients and store client notes, downloadable client files, and encrypted credit cards.
5.Clients now features both a shipping and billing addresses.
6.Clients have both an e-mail address and billing e-mail address (for example when billing a company with a dedicated accounts payable person).
7.Items can be created and include a name, description, serial number, cost, price and markup selection.
8.Improved AJAX makes it easy to manage extremely large amounts of clients and items.
9.Invoices can be e-mailed in PDF format to clients in less than 3 clicks.
10.Automated generation of warranty / tracking, and shipping labels.
11.New EasyPay invoice features allow invoices to be paid without the End User (Client) having to login to his or her account.
12.Line item discounts allow employees to selectively modify the cost of a product or service without the need to view item costs. Discount values are copied from the discount rate assigned to a client.
13.Invoices can be downloaded or printed in PDF format for easy distribution.
14.Payments store amounts received, payee, method of payment, and relevant reference information.
15.Easy to change customizations make it easy to change your business name, logo (graphic), address, tagline, currency symbol, tax names and percent amounts.
16.To ensure all countries can use Billwerx, you can add up to 2 unique tax values to any given invoice.
17.Further tax assignments can be made to individual items.
Client Side Features:

1.Simply select an invoice to pay. Included with invoice selection is a purpose or brief description of the invoice.
2.Payments can be made via any payment gateway (including PayPal API).
3.Clients can change, remove, and add contact information.
4.Utilized both billing and shipping addresses.
5.Displays invoices, payments, invoice totals, payment totals, and accounts notes.
6.Works on all modern browsers (yes even Internet Explorer).
7.Clients can download public company files and files uploaded by an employee unique to their account.
8.Ability to export all invoices to a CSV file for easy import into Quickbooks and Simply accounting.
9.Single click print invoices and payment receipts (if they exist) in PDF format.
10.Mouse-over abilities ensure client is able to easily view associated invoice notes, and employee (optional) information by simply moving their move over an invoice.
11.Clean and structure look powered by CSS.
12.Floating banner (div) allows employees to post important information like updates, important information, and announcements.
13.Shows when account was created, payment terms, and any discounts applied to the account.
14.Easy single click e-mail employee ability.
Company Features:

◦Integrated quality assurance survey system (includes the ability for clients to make comments).
◦Automated client and employee notification e-mails for payments received, survey results, and invoice due / created. Notification e-mails can be easily customized via GUI and requires no knowledge of HTML or programming.
◦Instant visual graphs of top employees, top item sales, top clients, monthly profits, weekly and daily sales volumes.
◦Floating banner (div) allows employees to post important information like updates, important information, and announcements.
◦Integrated page security system. Employees can be assigned access rights based on the security values of each employee page.

I have gone through your website and read that you are providing Google Map API in the application. But at the moment I can not see anything like that on the web application you have provided.

Google API is included on RC4 and higher Billwerx releases. Visit the forums / community to download RC 5 (at present the current release). Keep in mind that this video was made when RC3 was the latest release.
