Just kickin ass on the classic opening level to the greatest FPS of all time. I would have got 100 percent of the items too, but I couldn't pick up the last health kit near the exit the first time through and i forgot to injure myself the second time through so I just passed it up. That is what happens if you are too badass to take damage. I also missed one blue vial. Oh well.
