This 12-day intensive program focuses on the multi-dimensional aspects of global strategy and trade. Topics include: Industry globalization and the international product life cycle, patterns of global competition, global strategy formulation, global strategy implementation, building a global presence and managing in a global context, the new compact between business and society and lastly, but not least, global corporate governance.
