@DuressRap I know cervical locks are very dangerous, that's not the point here. If you watch this show (I do for the entertainment value) you'll notice Jason is not even mediocre, he's downright bad for a professional fighter.
Add that to the fact that the twister is a very hard to apply lock (depends on perfect positioning and a REALLY bad opponent), but very flashy, and you pretty much HAVE to assume it's staged.
The tap AFTER the release is just the icing on the cake.

@Sagramorbald it isnt stages, the match ended before a clear tap, because neck cranks are very dangerous, and sumtimes they can lead to permanant damage before the reciever feels any pain so many referees will stop the match if one of the fighters is in a neck crank which they have no chance of getting out of, for example here
