This was the most beautiful episode and scene of the series, and it was chock full of time travel--But not through a time machine or like device--through the stream of consciousness. It was a fantastic concept, as were many throughout the run of the show.
one can watch these streaming on netflix. all seasons too. i don't have it in my Q, coz
nexflix says there best guess for me wouldn't even make it to 3 stars. of course this is all based on all my other ratings. more times than not they are correct- not 100%., but very close. i have found myself watching things i normally wouldn't watch on reg. tv now watching on netflix.

@mettanc I'm the same with Netflix, i've been catching up on shows i haven't seen in years and its so great. Lost is a terrific show, but it's not for everybody I guess. It's filled with all sorts of concepts and weird twists and turns. I just checked my rating and it says I would be 4 stars. lol. That's about right for me too. Depending on the seasons. I didn't watch it until over a year ago, when I saw all the seasons within a few months, then watched season 6 on TV.

I never watched the whole series - But this segment all on it's own, touched me. Yes it brought a tear. *****

@TheNewFormat :D Desmond is my favorite Lostie, with his 'powers' and his struggle and deep love for Penny that transcended time and space. Now that's time travel at its finest!
Why Henry Ian Cusick didn't get an emmy is beyond me! But Desmond wasn't as regular as other cast, not appearing until the very end of season 2, with his story revealed all throughout season 3 and 4. Most fans agree this episode is the best!
