I had this done before in a emergency room. the only thing that hurt is when they injected the needle into my toe halfway and it touched the bone to numb it. after a while I couldnt feel nothing not even the scalpel cutting into my toe or the ingrown nail edge being removed. it isn't as horrible as some may put it.

Had this done this morning on my two big toes. Those shots they give you are amazing; I still dont feel a thing and its almost 16 hours later.

Well for all of you wondering the only thing that is going to hurt is the shot they put like the whole fucking needle inside your skin and after that you wont feel a thing

When i got mine removed it didnt take that long!!! it took about 4-5 minutes!!!

When i got mine removed the only pain i felt was the shots. Nothing else. The doctor wasnt the nicest one ever but he was really good!!!
