Reminds me of "The Amory" building-- I climbed around the building (not up) as a kid, but same idea. Do it while you can, and be safe.

@psjk1979 Oh yh I get what you mean I like stuff like that, it has a simple route to success although it may be difficult, perseverance and determination will get you further than your ability alone... I know exactly what it is, but didn't know the name of it :P. Thanks for clearing things up for me anyway :)
