  • Yes, this shows a lot of why Tony Williams is one of the few really great jazz drummers. I especially enjoy the intricate sticking idea he develops on the snare drum in the quieter part of this improvisation. BUT, just as Stan Getz picks up his horn, and I think that I will hear the two great musicians play together, the video ends!!!!!!!!!!!! Despair!!!! Who put this up? Tantalus? Thanks you anyway for this great example of a special moment!!!
