  • You can't have technique without movement

  • @spyrokat totally agree.

  • Simple but it all works I think it's the best fighting system I done

Thanks to every one in the classes. Just try it and see!!

    Rich

  • i'm sure it;s judo once i bracke ur arm after u try punching me ahaha its nothin like tht it's seriously it's own thing and it's probally the most amazing thing u'll ever hear of not braging i'm serious, everything about it is just so amazing from the moves to simplely the breathing

  • which makes it kinda complicated because that's the last thing you think of doing during a fight, just being natural, I love systema, so unpredictable yet devastating.

  • Natural body movements, that's the best part, no flashy and complicated stuffs...

  • ok well first off i agree... this is far from ''wrestling and judo''..its counting. breathing and natural body movement....as for abuqais - lay off the naruto...

  • becuase it is not using ur body to throw them the way u strike them is what makes their body do what it does. systema is more of a flow fighting system u make ur enemy go with the flow of how u strike.

  • I don't quite understand this. Is this some sort of a fight over the "copyrights" of each throw??? In this case it should all be ancient Greek Pankration, but it isn't. Throwing techniques are just that, putting a bipedal creature to the floor. No art or system has exclussive rights to any technique. Let alone that Systema uses a TOTALLY DIFFERENT TEACHING AND TRAINING METHOD.

  • ok .. why .. muay thai have the same munches as classic boxing ??

can't you think that it is all same bassics ??
