Tragic. Medical research is a game of numbers, and it doesn't matter how cruel ALS is. Diagnoses of ALS aren't as much as those of cancer or parkinson's. I'm only 17, but I know that one day, I'm going to organize SOMETHING. One day, I want to see millions of dollars going to ALS research.

i walk to defeat ALS at anytime that i can. ive been walking for 2 yrs in memory of my aunt who died in march of 2010. she was diagnosed 2 yrs ago. my family has been doing everything we can to raise money. we do the walks, and i sell bracelets to people in my town to raise money. i hope that one day ALS can stand for All Lives Saved instead of Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis!
